Okay balance bike, slow delivery
I got the wooden balance bike for my nephew. The bike itself is pretty solid and looks nice, good quality wood and all. He's enjoying learning on it. My only real gripe was the delivery time. It took a bit longer than I expected, about a week, even though it said 3-5 business days. Not a huge deal, but I had to push back the gift-giving a little. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, just said they had a backlog. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was faster.
